Yes it is scary when it happens and it is yet another face of this disease,
I remember I'd feel strange , with headache, fever and bad chest pain and would try to settle for the night but then the sudden shaking came and the totally involuntary, erratic jerks in leg and foot.
The first time these happen does make you panicky.
Don't freak out, Just breathe deeply in and out.
It only happened to me in the evenings, Never by day.
These things all pass as you become well.
Because there was no one to ask I just used to keep calm and say my prayers.
If it was part of a herx reaction I didn't know then.
