Hi Juliet, First..."Thank you" for posting your inquiry! I hope my response will be useful to you.... Copper is a very powerful anti-fungal and anti-parasitic. It also enhances Phase 1 liver detoxification, something we desperately need to recover. Copper can also be a very powerful tool towards reducing parasites and fungal infections. In a population such as here (where some have been sick for many years,) opportunistic infections such as fungus and parasites, heavy metal toxicity, and environmental sensitivities are very common. And so the copper works at eliminating these issues (especially parasites and fungus). Since the subsequent "die off" can cause symptoms (such as fatigue) we suggest “low and slow” dosing of the copper and building up the dosage over time based on each individual's experience and how they are feeling. Hi all, I'm a former patient, all better from this sort of problem, but as I do have some underlying health issues I keep tabs on what's going on here and of course how Mel's doing :) I recently noticed that copper was added to the protocol and I was wondering if there is a thread that goes in depth into that product and why it is recommended. If so, does anyone know what it is called? I also wanted to ask if it could throw off other mineral levels (as an example, zinc or iron or something). I'm guessing no or else it wouldn't be suggested, but just wanted to ask in case it's something to monitor. Thank you!! Much love to you all | ||||||
