Great Dale, I'm proud of you.
Starting a garden is great for you and your kids,
I learned how to garden as a kid on a farm.
We had a large garden and canned tomatoes and other things in the summer.
My mother was a teacher and had the summers off. Its great for family working together.
My dad worked on it in the evenings you could see him outside hoeing weeds.
I can't recommend it enough for people to get involved in. Start small. I recommend to start with vegetables that you like and will eat. On Thursday, I just ran out of butternut squash that I grew last summer.
