Hi and a warm welcome to this site. I hope you can find the answers to your questions.
Regarding diet it can get a little overwhelming or confusing at times. Especially when faced with additional needs as you have with hypoglycemia. Lentils are a great source of nutrition. There are conflicting views on eating them in the initial phase. Adding them in after about 3 to 4 weeks shouldn't be problematic. If I had to eat them now to keep my blood sugar levels up I would not hesitate. I see it as the lesser of two evils.
I understand the anxiety and panic attacks because I experienced this severely up until a few months ago. I think this improved mostly because I was able to get help through the He cures all Foundation.
Before my life was looking very bleak and I felt myself literally dying.
This disease is freaky, but now I have hope and the anxiety is manageable. If it weren't for Mel and the Lord I don't know what I would do.
I have been unable to work for 2 1/2 years but am hoping to be back to work soon. I started the protocol 1/3/17 and already feel like a new person. You will too I'll keep you in my thoughts and especially my prayers.
