Morgellons -

Dear Jen,

The main things I drink are water and herb tea. I sweeten the tea with pure plant Stevia tablets.

I'd be a bit lost without my herb tea.

I like to start the morning with Nettle tea. I use Clipper Organic Nettle tea bags. Nettle tea has vitamin K, A, some B vitamins, Calcium, Magnesium and Iron.

It is good against allergies( it's a natural antihistamine). It helps cleanse the body( has skin healing properties), is anti inflammatory so is helpful against arthritis. It helps bone health and is high in antioxidants. I think it is a tea we should all be taking at least once a day. I add a little Stevia to make it sweeter. If people dont like the taste of Nettle they could add a Mint tea bag to disguise the taste. It's so so good for us Nettle.

My all time favourite tea that I have every single day is, 'Pukka Feel New Tea,' used to be called, 'Detox Tea.' The taste is WONDERFUL!! I have it with Stevia and adore that taste. It can be drank hot in winter or cold in summer. The ingredients are :- Aniseed, Sweet Fennel seed, Cardamom pod, Licorice Root, Coriander seeds, Celery seed. It's all organic too.

Aniseed has the important minerals Iron, Manganese and Calcium. Aniseed is a cheering herb with natural anti depressant qualities. The aroma and taste is wonderful! Aniseed has anti fungal and anti bacterial properties. It may balance blood sugar and reduce inflammation in the body.

Fennel seed is rich in Vitamin C and Iron. It may help immunity and respiratory disorders. It can help with indigestion, may regulate blood pressure ( high in Potassium). Potassium also helps brain function and cognitive abilities.

Cardamon is anti bacterial and anti fungal. It can help against inflammation and disease in the body. It's an antioxidant which could help heart health. Cardamon is Detoxifying so could help the liver.

We talk a lot about food being our medicine. But herb teas absolutely can be part of our medicine too!! And it's a win win especially if they are truly delicious and smell divine too like the, 'Feel New,' Aniseed tea!!

I encourage everyone to explore their herbal tea options. There's a multitude of wonderful healing teas out there to choose from.

Best wishes,
Chrissie

Jen Jen,

I have always drink sweet iced tea! Till now, I have been drinking nothing but hot tea with almond creamer.
I love Chai my grandsons like it also. Sometimes I mix different flavors of tea bags also use Stevia and lemon in them. Use decaffeinated most of the time and organic.

I just keep trying different brands and read about the tea shops and countries that grow tea. I live in South Carolina and there is a tea plantation in Charleston I have visited there in a church group tour. Nice trip!

We never get to old to learn. I really enjoy hot tea.

I Love the Queen and bear commercial about the afternoon tea!

Talking with Mel this morning the subject of tea came up. Would love to know what teas others drink.

It's been a long time since I drank tea. So out of the space other than I'd like to know if bags or leaves are better. I have done both.

Love English breakfast and Reishi...have chamomile and peppermint. Yet I don't drink them. Go figure. :)

Also has anyone found a brand that is preferred? Kind of a given around here but no pesticides.

I'm open to try anything. No detox ones though. My body is way too sensitive.

I look forward to the feedback.

Have a wonderful day full with God's healing light.
Love,
Jen
