Hi Everyone, The topic of tea came up in today's conference call (Saturday, 11-17-18), and since I'm a big fan of tea, Mel asked me to write this post. There are teas that will have positive benefits for those of us with toxic diseases. I'm not going to list the benefits on this post, but I will on another post in this thread sometime soon, or maybe one of you reading this will do some research and add to this thread. Here are three teas: 1. Rooibos tea 2. Cistus Incanus tea 3. Cat's Claw tea I just received my order of Cat's Claw tea yesterday...I haven't tried it yet, but will and report back. From appearance and fragrance, it seems ok, am hoping it tastes ok too. I like the taste of both the Rooibos and Cistus teas. I was a little leery at first because some herbal teas can look very appealing on the packaging, but have an unpleasant flavor. They're both good with some liquid stevia and almond milk, but they'd probably be just fine unsweetened if that's the way you like your tea. I haven't found any of these teas in the stores except the rooibos tea as a seasonal pumpkin flavored version at Trader Joes (it's pretty tasty). Amazon has these though, so just shop for the cleanest one at the best value. Here's a link to the Cat's Claw tea I just ordered. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00ZDO5MBU/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 It doesn't say "organic" but the packaging does say "kosher" so I thought that was a good indicator of purity. If anyone wants to go back and find the previous posts about these teas, please do so...maybe a copy and paste onto this post. It would be nice to have all the tea info in one thread. If anyone wants to do some google research on the benefits of these teas, then please jump in...it'll be interesting. Love, Karen

Hi Everyone, I just found a delicious tea today at Sprouts. It's a rooibos chai tea that's flavored with "warming spices and earthy vanilla tones." Wow! Just the fancy name of this tea got my attention...but...it is REALLY good. I drank it hot with some liquid stevia and almond milk. It just tastes like the holidays and really fills that emotional need to have something "good" around this time of year. It's organic too! See pic for details. Love, Karen

Hi Karen, Ah! No wonder it tasted so vile ugh ugh!. Just blame it on the brain fog :-). It's the kind of thing I could have done myself too!. Well it looks like it's a good quality cats claw powder and gets a lot of good write ups on amazon. Com. I think I would start with 1/4teaspoon daily mixed in a little water.I know some people take double that or even a teaspoon daily. You could see how you go and up the dose when you know you are tolerating it.. As when taking the protocol also, you don't want to take too much. Probably best to use this up before using the tea so you don't over do it re cats claw. As it is quite strong and powerful against Lyme disease. It should last quite some time, like you said forever ha ha. And the good news is that the powder will be a lot more effective and much stronger than the tea. The bad news is that it certainly doesn't taste nice. Just gulp it down and video the funny face you make whilst taking it and send it to Mel. Ha ha he will laugh thinking you've entered a, 'gurning,' competition!!! If you really can't stomach it, then yes buy some gelatine capsules and put it in them, problem sorted. Happy cats claw.... Ing!!!! (Holly said what on earth am I talking about? Where's the cat? And what's it done with its claws? Chrissie :-).
