Ah! No wonder it tasted so vile ugh ugh!.
Just blame it on the brain fog :-).
It's the kind of thing I could have done myself too!.
Well it looks like it's a good quality cats claw powder and gets a lot of good write ups on amazon. Com.
I think I would start with 1/4teaspoon daily mixed in a little water.I know some people take double that or even a teaspoon daily. You could see how you go and up the dose when you know you are tolerating it.. As when taking the protocol also, you don't want to take too much.
Probably best to use this up before using the tea so you don't over do it re cats claw. As it is quite strong and powerful against Lyme disease.
It should last quite some time,like you said forever ha ha. And the good news is that the powder will be a lot more effective and much stronger than the tea.
The bad news is that it certainly doesn't taste nice. Just gulp it down and video the funny face you make whilst taking it and send it to Mel. Ha ha he will laugh thinking you've entered a, 'gurning,' competition!!!
If you really can't stomach it, then yes buy some gelatine capsules and put it in them, problem sorted.
