Hello My Friend Warriors: I am now at the end of my journey. It has been a long 3 1/2 years and I have fought long and hard. I would like to post what I did during my journey and hopefully help all of you along the way. This is what worked for me. I am now 98% well. So what I have done does work. We all have problems with our head and hair so this is what worked for me: Head:Every night I take a small plastic cup and mix a clean green mixture. I mix the clean green with 50% clean green and 50% water.( Approximately one cup) I now add my essential oils. I put in 10 drops of tea tree oil, 10 drops of eucalyptus oil, 4 drops of clove, 8 drops of oil of oregano and 6 drops of citronella oil. I then take a comb and part my hair like the beautician does when applying color. Each time I make a part I dip a tooth brush in the solution and then scrub that part and go on to the next until I have scrubbed my whole head. This gets the scalp very nicely. I then have a spray bottle with the clean green mixture. One cup of clean green to 3 cups of water. I put in the same mixture above but more oils. 20 drops of tea tree oil, 20 drops of eucalyptus oil, 8 drops of clove, 12 drops of oregano oil and 10 drops of citronella oil. I now spray this all over the head. squeeze out so no longer dripping. I now place a shower cap on the head. I roll up a paper towel in the front of my head and back to stop any dripping and top off with a bandana. Keep this on all night. In the morning I wash my hair in cold water. I bend over the tub as this seems the easier way. I now wash my hair in sulfur soap or sulfur 8 shampoo I purchased at Walmart. I rinse that and proceed to wash my hair with tea tree shampoo and tea tree conditioner. Another thing I know they hate is the "HOT" flat iron. I straightened my hair every day with that and trust me nothing can live through that extreme heat. Hope this helps and I know it worked for me. God Bless, Terry | |||

Robin, Brenda, Chrissie and Maria, Thank you so much for your wonderful responses to my post. I am so glad that I am an inspiration to you all. I would do anything to help you all get well. It is all about dedication and the determination. I know all of you will see your day of health restoration because you are also dedicated and determined. As Mel says, you have to put in the work! Dear Terry, I am quite thrilled for you my friend!! It has been a long, brutal struggle, losing your beloved husband was devastating and heart-breaking, but your sheer will and determination to overcome this has conquered all. With God's and Mel's help, the amazing supplements, and the support of the community, you have made it to the finish line!!! I am SOOOO so happy to hear this, and so proud of you, girl!! ;-) I am right behind you, my friend! Your hard work, your fighting spirit has helped inspire me and many others in our battle against this disease. It is indeed a war--a fight to the very end.
