Hi Everyone, I , like Laura, have recovered from MD, but often come back to the website to read posts. The testimonials remind me how grateful I am to have found this website and got well. It also reminds me to continue to be mindful of what I eat and follow the basic protocol to maintain my health. Reading testimonials gave me hope and helped me to learn what and what not to do during my recovery. The information is truly priceless and cannot be found anywhere else. Once again, thank you for bringing the testimonials forward as I often refer to these in order to stay on the right path. Although I have recovered from MD, it is beneficial to remember what it took in order to get well. It is also important to not allow myself to fall back into old unhealthy habits. I like this new layout of the testimonials as it is easier to navigate through. Especially for new members that are experiencing brain fog. Hello everyone, I cannot say how excited I am with all the new testimonials that are coming up and made available. There are so many people that have weathered the storm, that has had this big uphill climb in this crazy war in healing the body, mind and soul. So it’s so good to go back and read on those who fought the battle and won and also for those who continue to fight every day! Until you have walked in this journey, of course no one will ever understand. So thank you for all who invest your time, it is truly appreciated! If your are new to this community or catching up on some posts, thank you for not giving up! You are worth it!
