First, I want to say a hearty thankyou to Jill and Glenn for fixing my order the other day. I knew you would take care of it immediately because you are such a trustworthy company with honest hardworking people who care about their work and others!!
Second, I want to take the time to thank you John and your father for the tremendous company, protocol, and legacy your father and you have created. There is no telling how many people it has helped and will help in the future!!
Whenever I have talked to John or Glenn on the phone, they have been so very helpful and kind. The fact that they take the time to respond is unheard of in today's business world!! Thankyou!! The wealth of knowledge you impart to us on the conference calls and phone calls is tremendously invaluable!!
Third, you put lovely Jill on the phone who is helpful, kind, compassionate, and always cheerful !!! She cares and it shows !!
