Hello friends :-), This is Chrissie saying a big thank you to all who posted regards my operation or reached out to me personally. Also thank you to those who thought of me and Holly and who have said prayers for us! Each prayer is very much appreciated by us both :-). It was a major operation with two surgeons and it was a complicated one. I needed an expert surgeon in the field. My illness was stage four and severe. They had to undertake various procedures on several organs. And take some organs out altogether. it was the second operation I have had this year, so not an easy time of it! It was just over a month ago and although in some ways I am better thank god.. I still have a long way to go re recuperation. I still have pain /discomfort and a lot of healing to do. The surgeon said can take three months recuperation and six to twelve months to heal and to feel like myself again. I am blessed with a dear furry friend in Holly by my side. Her health is not great, but her heart is huge :-). I am also blessed to have the protocol and medicine to help my immunity and healing and wellbeing! Thank you to Mel and to the HCAF for making this a reality. I am also blessed to have kind, dear friends that I have made through this community. Some of whom have helped me every step of the way through this difficult time. You know who you are, you lovely, lovely people :-). I want to wish everyone in the community a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year when it comes!! Please everyone, even if you are having a difficult time, reach out to the community. You don't need to be alone!!!! Post or take part in the weekend conference calls (see more communication is better). You can come on the calls and be as quiet as a church mouse and not say a word, just listen and hear and feel connected:-). Just do what feels right. Remember, there are many thousands across the globe who are suffering this disease. The lucky ones are guided here, by I think, divine intervention. Don't be alone this Christmas!! Also, never give up hope of having your health restored. There are many testimonials here showing that with a lot of faith and perseverance that it can indeed be done. Heyyyyyy Ms Chrissie! I am so happy to read your post. Happy New Year to you & little Holly! You are so missed in the calls & at Sunday prayer meeting...the Community is longing to hear you & Holly’s beautiful voices. So happy your coming along little by little. Dear Chrissie How on earth did I miss your post! you are a true wee warrior, I am so happy that you are continuing heading in the right direction. Just take it slowly of course it's going to take time, you have been through such a lot, more than anyone should have been subjected to, but what a strong lassie you are.
