How on earth did I miss your post! you are a true wee warrior, I am so happy that you are continuing heading in the right direction.
Just take it slowly of course it's going to take time, you have been through such a lot, more than anyone should have been subjected to, but what a strong lassie you are.
They make them strong in Bonnie Scotland for sure!
