1/7/2017 8:31:03 AM | Hello, everyone!!! This is my week update. Almost day 40!!! I feel very little stinging sensations and still have my crawling. My crawling sensations are okay. I still feel a lot of it, but I notice my ears and eyes and most of my face crawls very little. The itching is mainly on my scalp and maybe on my leg and arm throughout the body. I swear I feel like I'm like spider woman with my hair. I still get very very very cold throughout the day and don't notice my electrical sensations as much. haha I guess regarding mms, it's still not as bad as I thought it was going to be. I just take a gulp and still play motivational music like eye of the tiger. I feel like I'm in a rocky balboa montage drinking my mms. It does have a strong taste but you will kind of get use to it. Transitioning towards diet, I have found my grove and remain steady on it. Sugar doesn't bother me anymore. If I put stevia on a lemon I get a lemonade flavor and simple ingredents taste amazing. I also baked chicken for the first time. Man the flavors from baking is so much more powerful. I limit my meats to twice a week and experiment. Eggplants for instance is so amazing. It's packed with minerals and iron. My blood tests have shown that I was anemic which explains why I am so so so cold. I also know pathogens and fungus reduce to body temperature because they are trying to mess up your immune system. Speaking of pathogens, these little devils want to live. They are organisms and so are we. Every organism seeks to reproduce, thrive and seek the perfect environment. By following this protocol we are kicking these devils out and they will die. No funeral will be planned for them. Well, school starts in 10 days and I have to start going to bed at an earlier hour. My classes start at 8 a.m., and I have to travel to get to school. So I will have to wake up at 4 30 a.m. and start my day and figure out cleaning on my schedule no idea how? Maybe I can clean after school? Laundry is easy so it should not be a big deal. My biggest concern is taking my liquids to school. I know for both silver and mms you need glass. Can anybody give advice on bring liquids to work or when you are busy traveling? So the most emotional aspect of this disease is family. I still sadly see my parents itching alot and my mom and dad seem like they are in denial. My sisters itch very little and I really don't know if anybody has it. I have hope because as I have said my family will never be as sick as me. I am the sickest with the weakest immune system so worse case my parents go on the protocol and get better quickly. My dad rides 25 miles a week so he has energy so knowing that most of my family is stronger than me is great! It's very painful to see my family itch I try to keep my distance and relax in my room. I know I could have tried harder but I'd say I'm doing a good job. I have accepted every rule and understand what it is going to take to beat this. No excuses and learn to be honest with yourself. Anyway, thats my weekly update everyone. I also wanted to thank so many warriors, Laura, Linn, Ashely, Deanna. Thank you Mel! You have probably saved over a thousand lives. They need to make a movie about you!!! Seriously it's oscar worthy. Anyway, thanks for making it so far if your reading this. God bless everyone and may the force be with you. I like movies alot. Can you tell? haha Oh! My last question what is everyone's favorite movie? Mine might be spirited away or Fight club. |
