Hello!

If you listen to the conference calls you can probably tell how emotional I am. Firstly, I wanted to thank everyone on this website.
So many people came to my aid and helped me even though they are sick. That shows what kind of people you guys are. I love everyone here.
Thank you Mel, Paula, Craig, Linn, Deanna, Laura, Ashley. Wow!!!!!!! I am never alone and love each and every one of you like my family.

I owe my life to this website and I owe myself to heal.

So how do I feel? I have no stinging at all with crawling here and there it's frequent but not as bad. I'm not purging from my hands and my scalp is where the party or bar mitzah is taken placed.

I feel so American with my red, white and blue fibers.

Sometimes I feel like I don't have morgellons which is crazy. My ph is around 6.25 to even 6.5 and a 7!!!!!! I also notice that I don't feel as cold in my hands or feet which is amazing!!! My painful chills are maybe once to three times a day which before it was like every 10 minutes.

I also got my hormones back if you know what I mean, and my monthly cycle wasn't painful. Thats huge!!!!!!!!!! When I got my cycle which never happened it was so unbearable and painful, but this time it was minor. That means the inflammation in my body is down which is great.

My diet is basically giant salads with mixed vegetables and protein. I love red cabbage its sweet and its great for you. I followed Mel's tip and tried roasted brussel sprouts and it tastes like french fries. I love my diet and its normal to me. I have lost around 13 pounds and coming from a short person thats huge. I feel better as a lose weight I believe its from the toxicity from my stomach shrinking. I think parasites causes your stomach to bloat or gain weight so they attack your immune system better. I got rid of starchy vegetables like squash, sweet potatos but eggplant stays.

To anybody new you have to change your diet, there is no exception or excuses. Well I'm almost at 6 six of wps, and its not bad at all. Slow and steady.

Okay here's the hard part my family. Well I had a breakthrough with my dad and he believes in morgellons and wants to talk to John B, before taking the basic protocol. So my dad is almost on board to take the protocol. THIS IS HUGE!!!!!!! So I kind of have half my family on my side which is great.
My mom I'm really worried about her, not because of morgellons but just her health in general. I am trying to let go of fear.

How does fear help you? I tell my family that when there ready I'm here for you with open arms.

When I get better I will prove to them how being healthy is a lifestyle.

Okay well with school, I've decided to take half my classes online and the rest on campus. So I'm taking my chemistry lab in person but I can wear gloves and safety googles so I'm not as worried. I have short classes only three days a week, so it's easier on me. I bring my vitamins with no hassle at all. I wear beanies to school and look pretty cool around my peers. I do notice people itching around me frequently so I am going to try my best and bring kleen green everywhere and try to protect myself.

So today I am doing good. I do notice having more headaches maybe from stress and fatigue but I embrace the aches.

Again, I thank everyone here on this website. Coming from a family of six with 3 pets in this house the overall fear and stress eats me alive. I feel it eat my insides its dangerous.

Anyway, thank you everyone.

Have a great week and see you on the conference call.

I'm sorry about my outburst, but it felt really good.

My random tip of the week, is to embrace the cold. I need to.

Oh does anybody have any television shows they like? Mine might be westworld, walking dead and this is us.
