Hello Everyone,

Thank you Peter for the kind uplifting comments , I do enjoy finding exciting good news that Will help all of us on our journey.

I was very curious to just find out how copper actually works in our body and this video was very informative ..

So Thanks Peter , I've kinda hit a wall recently but still digging when I find the time.
