How long have I taken just plain silver - over 15 years
But now I take Sovereign Silver the best
every time I cut my hand I put a bandied on with sovereign silver
That's why it sits on my kitchen counter - so I can't lose it
(You know things just get up and walk away and you can't find it when you need it)
Now next to my Sovereign Silver is my Sovereign Copper
Hanging on the wall are my measuring spoons so I take just the right amounts
Not too much and not too little - just the right amount
I'm thinking about giving it to my 12 year old, 10 lb kitty, Victor but not until I know how much is just right
Its always right to follow the directions
I spray sovereign silver in my ears and in my eyes and my nose and even sometimes my shoes
I'm a little new with the Sovereign Copper so I haven't used it for anything except taking 1 T in am and 1 T in evening
I suppose my mind will come up with other ways to use it but as its a little new I need time to think about it.
Where does copper come from - the copper mines in northern Michigan but I bet there are other places it is mined to.
It has become very popular for the kitchen. Have you ever used kitchen copper pans. Yes, I know that is not why we are doing this contest
I forgot to mention my son takes the Sovereign copper and uses the sovereign silver as needed. And you can thank Mel for that. He doesn't listen to me.
This has become a family affair.
