When fighting this disease, it's very challenging to stick to a routine within the protocol. There are days when the energy has already been drained from the body before the day even begins. A meal or two, along with supplements, is missed... sleepless nights are many... water intake is minimal... herxing on one day is completely different from other hexing...
Even with the challenges, one thing has remained constant in Karianne's daily routine - her morning dosing of Sovereign Silver and Copper! Silver has been part of her protocol for quite a while and always supports her immune system. As soon as she's not feeling so well, here comes a dosing of the silver to save the day! It's also been great on the eyes and nose.
Then, along came the addition of Sovereign Copper. This had a totally different response to her body, almost fearful due to the significant impact it was causing immediately. But Mel assured us that feeling sick initially was the immediate result and to just push through and stick with it.
Today, both Silver and Copper are staples in her protocol that she doesn't miss, even if she misses some other part of the protocol.
So important in fact, that a few months ago we vacationed for a week in Las Vegas. I (Joe-husband) was in charge of packing the protocols and completely forgot the 1oz Silver and Copper bottles. Upon discovering this when we got to the hotel, it was made very clear that vacation could NOT start unless she had them! So I did what any good (and fearful of his wife) husband would do... I went to Google and found a Natural Grocers just a mile from where we were staying and they fortunately had both Silver and Copper! I picked up those bad boys that day so Kari would not skip a beat in her dosing :)
The only question that remains - Am I a Hero? I can't say... but yes, I am :)
