You have such a positive spirit which makes for a "successful" journey! This disease is very lonely and you make a valid point about no one understanding unless they have it. I am grateful to God that he chose me and no other family member to have and then learn about this disease. Family members think that by telling you it is in your head they are helping. Forgive them because they are feeling helpless and do not understand. Stay true to what you learn about our disease and the benefits oft this protocol and you shall persevere. One thing that has helped me along the way is writing forms of poetry. It allows me escape "in a positive way" from this disease. I was able to write about my fears as well as my new knowledge of scripture. I encourage you to find something that will help you when you feel lonely. Find your passion, and let it be your "go to" place. You might even try listening to uplifting music. I enjoy using my rebounder while playing different types of music. One thing for sure, we do not stay in the same place for too long. You will have peaks and valleys with this disease. However, I made up my mind that with the knowledge of a clean diet, healthy supplements, and FAITH in my Lord, I will persevere and take my life back. The Kleen Green ration is on the bottle and I believe it is 4 to 1. In addition to using it on your baseboards, spray it on your bedding and fabric furniture. You should also consider buying Odoban (Home Depot) and alternate spraying this on your baseboards. I buy the Lavender scent and use it every other day. It is a mildewstat and helps prevent mold. Keep your positive spirit and keep posting! God Bless you Anna. “Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord,” 2 Peter 1:2 In Christ Love, Laura | |||
