Hi CHERYL and DONNA,
Thank you for your responses. I was very excited to share this rainbow story with the forum.
These types of things that God does is really amazing to me and leaves me in a state of awe and reverence. It lifts my heart and soul to get this type of attention from God our Father. I'm so glad that He speaks to His people and gives us hope.
When these types of things happen to me, it does make me feel like He is there and saying "I am here with you." He is with us in our furnace of affliction just like Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego. God's Word says that our affliction refines us. "Behold, I have refined you, not like silver, I have refined you in the furnace of affliction". Isaiah 48:10
Check out this funny song on Youtube, it lifted up my mood today: Louis Armstrong - Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego
Thank you for your scripture verses. I hope that the Lord makes all of us Oaks of righteousness and that we all receive the oil of joy and the garment of praise!
These are wonderful promises from Him.
Trusting in Him is a blessing! Wait on the Lord.
