I am glad you made it through that herx and that you had Mel to talk you off the ledge and guide you through it.
Thank you for posting about your experience. You posted a lot of great information to encourage anyone who is or will be going through a herx.
Reading this will help them understand that there is an end in sight and they will come out on the other side feeling better.
Knowing that is so important to getting through it.
