10:08:05 AM | I just wanted to thank you as well, Karen, for posting about the herxing. This is only my 4th month on the protocol so I haven't have too many yet. But I am encouraged by you and others in the community to persevere and keep my eyes on Him and the prize of healing. Since you have paved the road ahead of us, your posts help us newbies know what to expect. I for one do not look to the future with trepidation, but with assurance and peace.
I know my redeemer lives!
