I was delighted to hear that you had a lovely time away with your husband recently!
It is wonderful to know that your life is indeed getting back to normal and that you are enjoying every last bit of your renewed health.
Oh I agree, life is not enjoyable without health. However, once health is regained not one of us will EVER take that health for granted.
Each hug you give and get from your lovely grandchildren. Each new thing you experience now you have your health back, I know it's all beautiful to you.
We all know how much it means to you to have your health back.
The, 'sum of the parts,' and your faith, hope and determination saw you through to the finish line!!
It is great that you will continue to keep in touch with us, as you are such a lovely and valuable member of our community and a true friend of many!
It's excellent that you will continue to take the basic protocol for life, to keep your immunity in tip top shape. Also I know you will always be careful re your diet, energy levels, rest,limit stress etc.
We all learn so many valuable lessons on how to get well and stay well from this community.
