WOW! Those cupcakes look delicious. I checked the recipe and think a few substitutions might be advisable.
Substitute Sweet Drops liquid stevia to taste (the recommended sweetener has other ingredients in it)
Substitute coconut cream for the sour cream...or...if you're far enough along and want to try it, use organic (or European made if you can find it) Greek yogurt.
Substitute coconut cream for the heavy cream.
I can't wait to try these...they look SO good.
