Glad to know you are already feeling the benefit of the protocol .
There will be ups and downs along this journey back to health but if you stick to the rules and with God,s help, you will one day be well.
You sound strong and full of faith like Thomas so you just have to carry on with unfaltering hope and don't let the setbacks get you down.
