Hi Mel,

I'm so glad you're taking more time off. I am finding it so helpful in every aspect of my life, healing, sleeping, getting things done that I put off, etc. You have been doing this work for everyone for so long and must be rather burned out at times.

I'm sorry about your living situation. Moving is HARD, but necessary at times. I hope you find the perfect place in every way and maybe moving closer east will be so much better for you. You are kind of isolated out there in Reno even though it is truly beautiful.
