I wanted to share with the group something that seems to be helping me right now in regards to skin treatment. It's a variation on something that was shared with me in a conference call.
The only thing different is that I use an essential oil mix in addition to the sulfur soap. It does sting and burn a bit so some may not want to use this. First of all , here is the essential oil mix that I use. 15 drops of tea tree oil, 15 drops oregano oil, 15 drops of clove oil put into a standard spray bottle that you can get at walmart or target. Fill the rest of the bottle up with water about 3/4 of the way but don't fill it all up.
I first rinse and then scrub my skin with the sulfur/lavender soap from naturalsil . I use a scub mit also. I rinse that off and then apply my essential oil mixture to my skin. I shake it up first and prefer removing the top and pouring and wiping it on by hand where possible. I always do some spraying but I am mindful that I don't want to breathe it.
I wait a moment and feel the burn. Then apply the sulfur/lavender soap again and just walk on out of the shower. I dry off very sparingly since I don't want to rub the soap off of my skin. Right now I do this in the morning and at night before I go to bed. If I am out of my essential oil mixture, I just substitute Kleen Green for it. I have a bottle of that in my bathroom as well.
That's what I have. I leave it to your discretion as to whether to share this with our support group.
God Bless,
Mark
