Both of you have obviously put much time, energy, and creativity into putting together recipes that are healthy and tasty for Mel's community. Thank you for your helpful and tasty contributions! Tea 3/26/2022 9:54:16 AM | Hi Carol!! I think it’s great that your reaching out in asking because for many it can be overwhelming! Robin and Karen have given great ideas! I usually try to be extra cautious with my diet because it can help with easing of symptoms. So some my favorite and very affordable meals are; Regular or Blackened Salmon & Cauliflower Baked Chicken Thighs in Olive Oil & Broccoli Pork Chops & Green Beans Twice Dipped Baked Chicken Breast & Broccoli “Veggie Bake” Zucchini, Red Pepper & Red Onion Lettuce wrapped Turkey Burgers Veggie Stir fry using Cauliflower Rice I have so many more, but these are common, I definitely love them and they’re affordable, oh yes and for dessert is almond butter/pumpkin cookies and chocolate pudding (made with avocados).
