Listen to this conference call will really benefit everyone
Dearest Carol,

Hey Girl! Look for recipes by Tea and me. We have counted the net carbs and they are all really good. I have a lot of breakfasts and suppers in there.

You will find you are buying the same products and foods over and over. So, eventually you will have almost everything you need to make a lot of the recipes. Here is a list of some things to always buy. We can help with different ways to fix stuff.

Almond flour
Coconut flour
Coconut Oil (solid form)
Olive oil
Kerrygold butter
Eggs
Aluminum free baking powder
Stevia clear
Cinnamon
Coco Aminos (wonderful, like a sweet soy sauce but no soy)
Miracle Noodles also called Konjac or Shirataki noodles
Egg Lifes
Cauliflower sandwich thins
Coconut wraps
Cauliflower Rice (I buy frozen, always on hand)
Frozen or fresh Veges
(I buy a lot of frozen, picked when ripe, nothing in the bags but the veges, always on hand - frozen cut up asparagus, greenbeans broccoli, cauliflower, artichoke hearts, sugar snap peas, snow peas, cut up plain okra. etc....Fresh - zucchini and yellow squashes. spaghetti squash. cabbage, onions, garlic pods, bell peppers, celery,
avocados, mustard and turnip greensetc... No veges with a lot of sugar! No carrots.

Fruits - tomatoes in limitations not too much! (Strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries only - never more than 1/4 cup at a time, several times a week.

Meats - grass-fed beef, lean pork chops, wild -caught shrimp and fish, free range chicken - breasts tenders, thighs, ground turkey (I prefer ground turkey breasts), turkey bacon or uncured bacon, ground buffalo and KOSHER meats!

Teas - Ginger & Lemon, Red Rooibus, Miracle Tree Tea, Dandylion Tea (replaces coffee), Peppermint and there are more in my other posts.

Unsweetened Almond milk comes in plain, chocolate, and vanilla - all unsweetened.
Coconut milk - carton and canned
Coconut cream - canned
Amond Butter - fresh ground or jar
Raw almonds, walnuts, pecans, and raw pumpkin seeds shelled

Use in limitations:
Choczero maple syrup
Sugar-free Heinz ketchup
Keto Dessert Topping - Coconut

ALWAYS, ALWAYS COUNT NET CARBS!!! Stay around 30 a day.

Hope this helps!! Can't buy it all at once but gradually add to it and you will buy same things over and over!!

Love & Hugs
Rockin Robin
