1/10/2015 4:19:33 PM | Hi Caroline, How are you doing? I really appreciate the comment you made about my vulnerability. Thank you! I think that is God in me. He has changed me so much since coming to know Him - cuz I was not like this before. He is changing me so much during this illness and really freaking working on my character. He is most of all, that I can see, increasing my trust in Him; which I did not ever really have before. In Him or ANYONE. I am not going to quit this protocol. I am just making most of my revelation type, deep thoughts, important milestones, questions, fears or "doubtful/angry" moments and pictures I want to share, etc. on my own blog. I am a natural writer and a documenter so I HAVE TO write about my true feelings and experiences -somewhere. Esp about this and especially now. It was not in use for a year and I have dusted it off to be a continuing picture to look back on of my journey with, and most importantly THROUGH Morgellons - as that blog is a cohesive journey through my last 10 years! I am grateful that I get to share here with you and that you are 1-2 months ahead of me. This M will be a thing of the past for us! How is it going with the dairy? Cravings going away? I know it must be hard sometimes. I do miss cheese as well. I am doing ok with my sugar cravings and really leaning on that Stevia. Slow and steady - working on patience with myself too, LOL. Calm... Blue... Ocean.. Serene...Green..Trees.. mmhhmmm. I really have to work on the stress part of this too, as that can stop my healing. You are meditating still? Is that working well for you? I don't really know how to do that. Maybe you can teach me? "Relaxing" has always been alien to me. I am from the East Coast, I am an Aries and I just have never been good at it. I used to say "I will have time to sleep when I am dead." Er, look where that has gotten me. Lately, God has shown me that stress, crisis, doubt is not only the way I "cope", and not even WELL, but it is a operating habit for me. A long time one. Not easy to break but, he is working on me through it. He is working with me through it by making me aware of it. I am learning to check myself, asking others to keep me accountable and work on remembering that praise is muuuuch easier and waaay more fun than fear and doubt. I have a post on this on my blog, basically the gist was ... stress/anger became a unseen way of life. A way to deal with any uncomfortable, unwanted, control issues, and scary things. Doubt has been with me my whole life due to my upbringing, but God is like, "yeah, about that, no more". "Do not fear for I will be with you." "I am making you new." "See, I am making EVERYTHING new." He even told me he WILL heal me! Repeatedly. What more do I have to question, but just wait it out and watch him work? He HAS had to let me (us) go through these things/trials, gently change me, mold me/conform me to the image of His Son, because I am seen AS HE SEES His precious Son. Also, I gave my life to Christ. Period. So really, come what may, I am and have to be all in. The new life and person (more like Christ) awaits me, and it will be glorious. This is exactly related how our healing span is. The teacher we hate.. who changes us and we struggle and hurt and go through pain and confusion and YET IN THE END makes us better students. I would rather have God as my teacher than anyone else. Psalms 32:8 Verse Concepts "I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you should go; I will counsel you with My eye upon you." Psalms 71:17 "O God, You have taught me from my youth, And I still declare Your wondrous deeds." ..M,i>And I still...wow, I think I am gonna write a song about this scripture. I would love to talk to you about those lesions changing, give an ear, or anything else if you want to contact me. Praying for you right now! Shari |
