Hello everyone,
I wanted to keep you all updated on my progress and express the importance of coaching. While I’m not 100% yet, I will be – I’m on my way! I will see the mountain top! It’s been a long battle. I’ve now been on the protocol for 4 years and have no regrets. I believe God led me to this protocol. Faith and trusting in God (and his timing) is key.
I couldn’t imagine going through this without coaching (and Mel). Mel has been a huge help to me over the last several years, someone to talk to when I couldn’t understand what was happening to me and to direct me regarding diet, etc.
With the cost of everything skyrocketing and other financial obligations, I had to cut out any “extras”. I thought this would be the end of my coaching, but Mel offered to coach me for free till my health was fully restored. Mel said you have paid me for years and I will not abandon you now I can’t say how much I appreciate his kindness during a very difficult and stressful time. Thank you, Mel!
If anyone of you ever feel overwhelmed, I want you to know that Mel is always available with no judgement. He will go out of his way to help you just like he did for me. Please make sure you’re taking advantage of his wisdom – it’s extremely important for recovery.
