Hello everyone, and as always, welcome, When I first considered writing this post, one of our manufacturers advised against it. They said, “How can a health coach possibly get sick? You’ll lose credibility.” But here’s the truth: I’m 79 years old, working over 55 hours a week to keep this website running. This has never been a money-making venture for me—it’s a mission to help as many people as possible restore their health. Over the years, I’ve been told I drive some people away. That’s true, but never those who were committed to improving their health. Back in 2009, I was still learning, and I’ve made mistakes along the way. But my heart has always been in the right place. In January 2023, I implemented new rules for my coaching clients, knowing some would leave. These rules were designed to ensure only those willing to put in the work would stay. Restoring health requires commitment—it’s not just about following a protocol, but embracing the sum of the parts. Unfortunately, some clients weren’t ready to hear that. Recently, after my own battle with pneumonia, I made another tough decision. I let go of 7 of my 16 clients, as they weren’t fully committed to the effort required for true healing. This was not out of anger, but because I believe in focusing my energy on those who are ready to put in the work. That leaves me with 9 paying clients, and I truly believe at least 6 of them can achieve wellness in 2025. Additionally, I’m coaching 6 others free of charge who may also succeed—it all depends on their effort. The reality is, beating toxic diseases isn’t easy, but it’s absolutely possible. Our website’s testimonials are proof of that. My role is to provide information and guidance, but the journey to restored health ultimately lies in your hands. Over the last 16 years, I’ve dedicated my life to helping others overcome the horrors of toxic diseases. I’m not perfect, and I’ve made mistakes, but my commitment has never wavered. Hello Mel, I 'm just wanting to check on you , let you know I'm still here! I have finally gotten to were they are not having work every weekend, I'll try to come to the calls now. I will also be sending more $ to the foundation. Thank you for all you do, no matter who comes or stays, Here's an old quote "You can lead them to water, but you can't make them drink"!! Thank you Mel for all you do. I appreciate your transparency. Following the protocol may not make us totally immune to all sicknesses and diseases but it sure does cause us to overcome the toxic diseases that brought us all to your website in the first place. The protocol has also helped me overcome some other health issues too. I am 70 years old and have more energy and stamina than I ever have. God brought me to you so many years ago and I am thank Him for bringing me here. I think I would have gone insane had it not been for you and your wise counsel.
