Here is a short list of MG treatment mistakes I made:
1. WPS - taking it with room temperature water
2. Kleen Green (KG) - getting off prematurely

Taking the first dosage of WPS 1 drop with room temp water. I coughed for about 1 hr. I should have strictly followed Mel's advice to take it with cold water.

After being on the protocol for 6 months, I decided to get off KG, big mistake within 4 days my skin felt like bugs were crawling inside my skin. I desperately made a fresh batch of KG and pour it over my scalp and my arms and feet. Instant relief for days. I jumped back on the band wagon till I reach my WPS Herx event and continue my healing journey. Wish me the best. Love, Jules
