Prior to surgery, your doctors want you off all supplements and any unnecessary meds because they want to limit the number of potential interactions with anesthesia to as few variables as possible. So unfortunately, the best person to ask about which products are advisable during this time is your doctor.
I pray that you procedure will go as planned and that you will have a full and rapid recovery. The good news is even if you do experience a setback, you now know what you need to do to restore your bioterrain and regain your health.
Mel had to deal with a couple of surgeries during his recovery and he was able to recover just fine. Please keep us posted on your progress!
