Hello Michelle. Thank you for letting me know, I appreciate it so much! I’m excited to try it and will let you know. I would also be interested in knowing about the fungi cleaner. Mold has always been a battle over an extended period of time in my life. I’m sure being raised in farmsteads & the moisture outdoors in the area I have lived has been no help at all! There must be something in comparison available here. I’m so glad you’re seeing improvement! Tonight I’m going to try a much earlier bed time, hopefully I can stay continuous with it. Hi Michelle, It is very true that your healing journey will have its ups and downs. I'm glad to hear that going to bed early has been a game changer for you in dealing with the extreme exhaustion you were feeling. The purging is not pleasant, but it helps to know that it's an important part of the process that will eventually help your body to get better. "Slow and Steady" is #4 of the "Guiding Principles", and extremely important. It's great that you're seeing the good results that come from that principle! If you or anyone would like to read all of the Guiding Principles, they can be found by clicking on "MENU" at the top right of the Forum page. Then choosing, "Guiding Principles". I'm glad the WPS in your electrostatic sprayer is doing a good job of keeping your environment clean. Thank you for sharing your progress. Hi Tea, Good to hear from you and thanks for the encouragement! Sleep makes all the difference doesn’t it?! Praying for you to stay consistent and to find some great dark curtains! So sorry that you have been dealing with bird mites. My environment has been a big one for me too. I’ve sent Mel a picture of my electrostatic sprayer which he can forward to you. I am using 10 drops and that seems to be working well. I clean with a local product here that specifically states that it kills “fungi” and then I spray WPS once a day. Happy to share the product if that helps. Slowly but surely I seem to be winning the battle. Hope that this helps and please feel free to reach out if you have anymore questions.
