Dear Michelle, How cool was it that we both tied for first place in the recent competition!! I'm pleased you were so happy to win! What a lovely suprise. Your post about overcoming Fear was excellent, well done!! I'm so pleased you are doing soo well with minimal activity at night. It's brilliant when you feel your immunity slowly returning and a huge lessening of symptoms. I know it hasn't been an easy time for you losing your dad as I went through the same with my mum.
