Here’s the water recipe for Mel’s approval. I make mine in a small pitcher so that I don’t overdo it on the lemon intake.
1/2 Lemon - don’t squeeze the lemon but it cut it in round circles 1 half of a cucumber half peeled with a little of the skin for the flavor Add a few fresh mint leafs Add a few drops of Stevia if you need a sweet taste Fill the pitcher Refrigerator for a nice cold drink of water

Hi Mary,
I would not add any berries until your about 85 percent.
However, making the water is such a great way for water intake. Adding some Cucumbers with Lemons and a squirt of Stevia is yummy... you can also make the Hibiscus Tea as an Ice Tea with Lemon and a few squirts of Stevia which will taste like Lemonade.
Also, Green Tea is very good hot of chilled.

Thanks for this post Leslie, i didn't know we could do this drink on protocol but can we add maybe a little blueberries. Lemons are great for a lot of things.
