Perhaps the best water for consumption is sourced from protected mountain springs and artesian wells where the water rises from deep within an aquifer to the surface under its own pressure. This water has been filtered by the earth and bathed in its magnetic fields and therefore "Structured" as long as it is not delivered through long runs of piping. One would be very fortunate to live near such a source!
