Hi Adrienne,
Sorry that you are going through this, but you are one million percent in the right place and on your way to healing. So often there are lots of unknowns, but following the protocol and Mel's advice and you are on the right track.
As an Arsenal fan, I hear this a lot regarding the manager (He had a pretty bad run of results when he first signed, we were in the relegation zone or near to it in parts of that first December, and yet, despite the results, we could see we was playing better football). You may feel like symptoms are getting worse or results aren't happening soon enough, but like we Arsenal fans say,Trust the process.

Read and learn all you can from the site and follow the protocol. I have been here since 2021 and may be here a little longer, but it takes time to heal from toxic disease. At least I am a lot better than when I started here. Take care. You are in the right place!
