Welcome to the community! I know it’s not under the best of circumstances, but it’s good to be surrounded by others who understand what you’re going through. Chrissie is 100% right about no one understanding! I dealt with this myself and later realized that only God can heal me and see me through this struggle - not family, doctors, etc.
I’ve been on the protocol since 2021 and am on my way to recovery. It takes time and dedication.
