It always so nice to get an update from you as I enjoy reading them!!
I thought I’d share with some things I’ve found benefits for eyes and face problems.
One popular item that’s helpful for me is using the sovereign silver gel on the face and over the eyes. Also, the Coconut Face Toner that has some Neem Oil in it. You can find both of these items on Amazon.
Sovereign Silver Gel 2 ounce size and the Coconut Face Toner in made my Alaffia, again both on Amazon.
It’s amazing your pulling though and working too! This can all be a bit overwhelming, so one other thing I know that’s helped me is a routine. Just make out a weekly laundry schedule, meal plan, protocol prep, etc and it won’t be so crazy! You most certainly will wear yourself out!
As far as the front load washer (I totally get it!) I use Arm & Hammer Oxi Clean with a little Eucalyptus Essential Oils, and will sometimes use 25 drops of WPS for towles, blankets, pajamas and socks, and I use 1/2 cup of OdoBan disinfectant on my clothes, maybe occasionally I would use WPS on them. Oh if I need too, only on occasion, I may wash something twice. Some people use more, but for me I have found this helps!
