Hi Lacy,

I love almond butter and almond milk. My husband buys almonds at the store and is able to grind them right there into almond butter. Delicious and I have no reaction to them.

I have read that whichever nuts you buy, it is best to store them in the refridgerator to prevent them from becoming moldy.

Hi Lacy,
It's my understanding that cashew and pistachio nuts are high in mold content.
However, you are absolutely fine with almonds and possibly hazelnuts. I mostly stick to all things almond.. Almond milk, almond butter, raw and roasted almonds, almond flour :-)

Lacy,

Please remember every person is different, therefore may react differently to nuts. I would recommend eating organic nuts and then make sure you do not show additional symptoms. I eat almonds, walnuts, and cashews with no problems. However, I did introduce them separately to make sure they agreed with me.

Hope this helps you.

In Christ Love,
Laura
