Sooooo happy to hear you are doing soooo well... getting even a glimpse of our lives back is such an INCREDIBLE blessing!! I'm sure you'll see in no time, you will not only get your life back "but" it will be BETTER then ever before as we are now equipped with a new arsenal of healthy living!!! Speaking of healthy living... I am posting a recipe for an AMAZING Essential Oil Bug Spray that I refer to as Bug Off. This blend is EVEN good for keeping ticks away. Yaaaaayyyyy!!! It is also COMPLETELY Non-Toxic if you are using 100% Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils thus a MUCH better choice over EXTREMELY toxic bug spray products!!!! Hello Doreen AND Welcome!!! You have DEFINITELY come to the right place, where healing is happening for ALL who follow the Sum of the Parts of Mel's life changing Protocol!!! First, things first.... be sure to click on the FAQ tab above, read the FAQ's in their ENTIRETY and then read them again. Print them out and keep them in a place where you can look at them often. This alone will answer MANY questions!!! As for the bugs... yes, sadly they are VERY attracted to us when we have Morgellons and/or Lyme. There are many reasons for this but the bottom line is bugs are attracted to bugs and we are typically carrying a large parasitic load as well as a huge fungal load with these conditions. As we heal our bodies from the inside out the attraction will SERIOUSLY become MUCH less, to the point that you will DEFINITELY notice the difference!!! I, promise!!! I am posting a recipe for an Essential Oil Bug Spray below, that I have used since the beginning of my healing journey. I hope you find it helpful AND... I hope you remain here and learn ALL there is to learn on this wonderful site about COMPLETELY restoring one's health and wellness... physically, mentally AND most importantly, spiritually!!!! BUG OFF (Essential Oil, Non-Toxic, Bug Spray) It's EXTREMELY important to use 100% Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils in order to ensure a Non-Toxic Spray. It is ALSO important to mix this blend in a glass spray bottle as Essential Oils, especially the citrus ones, can leach chemicals in plastic and put them on your body and/or in the air... which again would affect the toxicity of this blend. 4oz Glass Spray Bottle (I buy mine from Amazon, you can also typically purchase at a Health Food Store, I also like the Amber bottles as they help preserve the integrity of the oils by keeping light off/away from them. I will send a picture for Mel to post.) 20 Drops of Lemongrass Essential Oil 20 Drops of Eucalyptus Essential Oil 2oz of Distilled Water 2oz of Witch Hazel (This helps the oils dispense more evenly. I buy an all natural brand from Amazon, can also purchase at Health Food Store. If you don't have it you can simply use 4oz of Distilled Water, you'll just have to mix the blend more often.) Shake the blend and apply as often as needed. It will work better if you apply before going outside... allows the oils time to settle in and keep the bugs at bay!!! Again, I hope this is helpful...
