Thank you for the great post Peter.

A question on eggs and to reference the excerpt below:

"If you've ever smelled a rotten egg, you know what sulfur smells like. Eggs are rich in methionine, a sulfur-containing amino acid. This natural compound regulates the immune system and metabolic processes. It also supports glutathione synthesis, protecting your cells and tissues from oxidative stress, per a September 2017 review in ?Amino Acids?.

In addition to sulfur, eggs are a good source of protein and B-complex vitamins. One large egg provides more than 6 grams of protein and just 72 calories. Plus, it's rich in vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin B12, riboflavin, selenium and phosphorus."

Is it possible that with an increased ingestion of eggs (6+ a day) that the sulfur content acts in a similar capacity to MSM? I ask because I had initially concluded that I may have had developed a food sensitivity or intolerance to eggs when I broke out in red marks. Examining them closer however it appeared perhaps a viral response and the pimples had also developed on the backs of my hands. Since removing eggs from my diet it has calmed somewhat and not in a continuous breakout cycle. Perhaps the breakouts were a response to the increased sulfur content in diet?
