Hello anyone and everyone,
This is both a literal and subjective question. Makes me think fear of actual happenings or the unknown. Makes me think F.E.A.R is false evidence appearing real. Sound true?
I have experienced this F.E.A.R personally for years. It kept me holding back because "what if"...fill in the blank.
For me it helped to accept what was mine or someone else's or something
Today it's easier to let go of any attachments I can control. Like my mom's fear. Knowing what is my fear asking for the support needed. Again I can get fearful of falling. The challenge is how mom's fear affects me. Is anyone living rent free in your mind?
Today the events are feeding fear. Then some may follow or some stop to question. I understand circumstances are different for everyone. Believing in self is a great gift.
I find great strength in knowing God is always with me. Sunday prayer and fellowship is a great place to start and not feel alone. Everyone and all spiritual sources are welcome.
Look forward to hearing new and regular voices on Sunday! Remember you're worth it!
Peace and health, Jen
