sorry! I forgot to mention that with the Benedict disinfectant, it says to use it undiluted, but I dilute it quite a bit, maybe 10 to 1, so it lasts longer. I dilute it with distilled water. it still has that great thyme smell!

Thanks for the wonderful suggestions! I like to also add peppermint essential oil to my washes. I also dry my blanket every morning in the dryer, adding some drops of peppermint oil too.

I use Benedict con 50 disinfectant from Amazon (1 gallon for $35) in an electrostatic sprayer (garden sprayer $95 Amazon) or Atomizer battery sprayer ($40 Amazon) every 1 - 3 days around the house. I sleep in the bathroom on a cot, is easier to clean, but the past 2 - 3 weeks I am able to watch tv and prepare meals in the kitchen/living room for hours. i also sit outside or go the pool area in the sun on a lounge or the clubhouse room in cold weather, just to get out of the house, and walk around outside to get exercise.

Morgellons -

Hi Christie,

Thank you for your reply!
So much I still don’t understand, so I appreciate all the feedback I can get.

My thinking was that if you freeze these “things” they would be dead. Does this mean they are not living things? As you can see I am still confused & have much to learn. Unless I hear otherwise, I will hold off on buying a freezer & save some money. Lol.

I do use lots of Kleen Green, Borax, Baking Soda, Bleach but have not tried products like Lysol. So thanks for that tip.

Starting the Extension this Sunday as I move forward to regaining my health! God is good!

Always enjoy hearing you on the Conferences calls and value all your comments!!

Appreciate you sweet lady,
Judy
