Hello Rose and welcome! I would like assure you that you are safe here and you're in the right place to begin your healing journey. I am still a newbie whos 5wks old. LOL I can assure you the love, support, faith, encouragement and the ability to understand what each of us share is a blessing. Then click on the Guiding Principles link to the right of the FAQ link. There you will find the Magnificent 7. Seven important principles to follow that will work together with the protocol to help you regain your help. Please be encouraged. If anyone got well (and many have!) you can get well too.
