Look at hospitals and doctors' offices; full of very expensive machines that need a lot of use to pay for themselves. In my humble opinion, most doctors' priority is to make money. Going to the doctor has nothing to do with health. We are all responsible for our own health, there is no substitute. This means that we have to decide to eat a healthy diet, no meat or dairy products. Only eat organic. It's easy to grow organic veggies anywhere, try kale or mescaline greens that can be grown in a small flat container.
Exercise is very important, so walk at least three miles a day. If you live in an urban area, the mall is a nice, safe place to do laps and stairs, if it's two stories.
Drink lots of water, no soda. Herbal tea for what ails you. I don't know how old you are but I gave up caffeine at 40. Also stopped smoking at 40.
Take apple cider vinegar, 1 tbls in pint of warm water every day. This will help alkalize your system.
I have found Mel's protocol to be tremendously helpful for any ailment, although I follow a vegan diet, so have my own parallel vegan regimen.
We make many decisions every day and we need to make the right decisions for our health. Good luck with your journey. |
