Concerning glutathione: This is a product from another website. It is from a different protocol. It is important not to mix protocols.
Yes there are benefits to glutathione but it will interfere with the protocol if you take it with Mel's protocol.
I know it's difficult to believe but your body Is responding to the protocol. Please try to refrain if at all possible to the desire of wanting to speed up the process by trying to add to the sum of the parts. Trust me. Most of us have done this very thing and it only impedes progress.
Please remember that it Will get worse before it will get better. When this happens remember better out than in. When this happens you will hate me for saying this, but it's true. Please Do Not give up hope.
Healing comes at a maddeningly slow rate. Try journaling progress so you can be encouraged. I journal right here on Mel's website so I don't have to worry about losing anything.
