Hello Brian,

It sounds like you are doing all the right things. If you get the chance, try to check out the recipes, under "articles and diet"...there's some great ideas about dishes/foods you can incorporate into your diet, and some great food options out there, which may minimize your cravings for other things.

A few satisfying snacks that are good, and easy to make include:

- toasted almonds: buy raw slivered blanched almonds (almonds without the outer skin, that have not been roasted). These can be purchased by the bag or in bulk section of a health food store. Dry roast them in the oven, or on the stove, with a bit of pink Himalayan, or sea salt, and you have a nice snack.

-toasted sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds (same as above, using raw sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds).

- raw hazelnuts, walnuts or pecans.

- toasted coconut flakes: purchase unsweetened coconut flakes at the health food store. Add some Himalayan or sea salt, and lightly dry roast them on low heat for about 5-10 minutes, until they are lightly browned. Heating the coconut brings out the natural oils and sweetness, and this is a great sweet/salty snack

- celery with almond butter

- seaweed snacks (health food store)

- baked goods (see the "recipes" section, under "articles and diet")

Keep doing what you're doing...you're in a good place...
