11/5/2017 12:08:41 PM | Brian, As you start getting better from the inside, the environment gets better as well. With this disease it takes working it from the inside out and the outside in. I spray by baseboards with Kleen Green in the morning and night. Every other day I stray the baseboards with Kleen Green and Odoban. You can purchase Odoban from Home Depot. I use the Lavender scent in my clothes as well. It cost about $9.99 per gallon and last me over a month. Follow the directions for diluting it. Another helpful tip is to get a swifter dry mop and use the Kleen Green & Odoban to mop your floors. It cuts down on time and cleaning as this was stressful for me in the beginning. You might want to stop looking so closely at the debris exiting your body. I totally agree with you.......Science fiction and you have the lead role.....but it is stressful and believe me I can tell you it is the strangest thing you will probably ever see. They good news is that there truly is a science behind this and the more you understand the science; the less stressful it becomes. If you are not bagging your clothes; I would recommend you try this until things are better. I bag the dirty clothes after spraying with Kleen Green and zip it closed until I do the laundry. In order to be cost effective I purchase the jumbo storage bags from Target as they hold more clothes. Then when it is time for laundry, I unzip the bags and put them in the washer. In the beginning, I bagged my clean clothes as well. However, now I only have to bag my under garments and night clothes as my environment has gotten better. I still spray my jeans etc., before hanging them in the closet. I spray my closest at least 2 times per day with Kleen Green and keep the door closed. It does get better Brian, but you must be diligent with your routine. I think it is wonderful that you are posting here. This is an important part in your recovery. May God continue to Bless you.
