It is very difficult to go through this. But I believe in God and know he will get me through it. You are right about us needing to be more like him. We have all asked the question "Why Me?" But now I am most Grateful and thank God He chose me to go through this rather than my loved ones. So I accept it with grace and move toward His truth.
You must make changes in order to completely restore your health and regain your life. It sounds as if you are already rebuilding your relationship with our Savior. You will succeed Brian, you have God on your side.
